Technique field

This cable shall be belong to the oil field for detecting earthquake wave,especially suit for transmission of high frequency data signal, and providing power at the same time. The cable is inteqrate cable. The cable shall be consisted with 2 cores of insulation power wire, and some  signal twisted pairs. Power insulation wire should be providing the power to the detecting sensor, the signal twisted pairs should be transmitting the EMC signal from the sensors.

The information to be analyzed for detecting in the oil feld shall be increasing very rapidlly along with the develop of science and technology and updating rate in computer technology. The twisted pairs in cable shall be added on the one hand, but the same time the cable shall be possessing higher transmitting rate and purpose,so as to achieve the informations quickly and perfectly transimitting. The construction of the cable shall be as 3 or 4 twisted pairs and 2 cores insulation wires and kevlar stregting filler. In the cable core, the twisted pairs shall be seperated from the power insulation wires, and the twisted lay shall be different from each other, and keeping the twisted pairs frame tability simultaneity. So the EMC interfere and overhearing from each other will be the Min.  because of  the signal twisted pairs as the CAT5e network cable, so the electric performance of the cable is stability and credibility. The impedance of the cable will be 100±15ohms at 1 MHz to 100MHz, the attenuation of the cable will be smallness. The NEXT and FEXT shall be higher, the effect of transmission is best. As a result of waterblock care to fill interstices, the effect of portrait proof water is fine. And because of the kevlar ,the cable could be bearing the drawing force. The cable sheath is polyurethane, so the cable possess the pliability and abrasion resisting ability.

Construction of the cable

There are 2 power insulation wire and 3 or 4twisted pairs and 1 core kevlar in the cable core. The power insulation wire shall be as soft stranded copper wire and with PE insulation. The twisted pairs shall be solid copper wire with PP insulation, after twisted the pairs extruding with PE inner jacket, so as to protect the pair construction stability and water proof performance. The kevlar with PE jacket to assure its circuler and uniformity of stregth.

The kevlar shall be put at the cable center, the other units are intertwisted as the cable core. The interspace shall be filled with ointment,the jacket shall be TPU.
